BARB volunteers were requested to assist at a local business following concerns for a customer who had sustained a minor head injury from a fall earlier that morning. Staff on scene had called an ambulance due to the customer experiencing dizziness, and BARB were also requested to attend in support.
Three BARB crew members responded to the scene where basic care checks were carried out. The situation was assessed and no further action was required by BARB.
