Our annual running costs are over £75,000. Unlike other rescue groups, no-one at BARB is paid – we are volunteers – so every penny raised is put towards rescues, training and maintaining our equipment.
As we haven’t been able to fundraise as much as normal this year, we have joined forces with ‘One Lottery’ This gives you the opportunity to donate to BARB while having the chance to win up to £25,000! It’s only £1 per ticket with 50p of every ticket sold helping to fund our lifesaving work. We have been running this for a few weeks now and in our BARB group we have had three £20 winners already!

We are always grateful for all of our donations, no matter how big or small. Regular, monthly donations are a fantastic way to support us, giving us long-term sustainable funture, from as little as £2 per month.
Choosing to hold a fundraising event, or setting yourself a personal goal/challenge in aid of BARB is something that means a great deal to us all. It can be a fantastic way to make a donation & also helps to raise awareness for the charity.
