BARB’s volunteers were called out by Coastguards on Saturday at 1:33Am to help a locate a missing person on Burnham beach. As our team was preparing to leave Burnham with our hovercraft the welcome news came through that the person had been located, allowing our team to stand down. Our dedicated volunteers are on-call 24 hours a day to respond to incidents like this along our coastline.
