Our inshore boat crew was called to a lake in Bridgwater to assist Secret World Wildlife Rescue with a wildlife rescue. A badly injured bird that was tied up in fishing line was successfully rescued from deep water, thereby avoiding anyone putting themselves in difficulty to reach it. The bird was taken away by Secret World’s wildlife carers for treatment and our volunteers were thanked for their help
