Our trained Marine Mammal Medics were called to Brean at 12.50pm following reports of a young porpoise being washed up on the tideline — the second over the past week.
Our team headed to the beach and quickly found the mammal near Brean Down. Sadly, it had suffered several injuries and had died.
Our team updated British Divers Marine Life Rescue and HM Coastguard before returning to Burnham.
